Raikka It is an angular modern looking typeface for text heavy publications such as magazines, journals or even books. Along with its fresh, chunky and strong appearance it runs wider in text than traditional text typefaces. Raikka is characterised by strong verticals, open counters, flat bowls and overall sturdy shapes.

The possibility of a smooth, non-distracting reading is an essential feature; however, it would also effortlessly adapt to purposes and applications other than plain text as it has enough character to be distinctive and catchy in bigger sizes.

Raikka’s Italic is purposely distinct from its upright counterpart in order to make a real difference when both used within one text. With its liveliness and dynamic it is also quite decorative and therefore perfect for headings and expressive emphasis.
